- Women hold 52% of all professional jobs, but
- Only 3.9% Women of color hold executive or senior level positions
- Only 6% hold CEO positions
- Only 20% hold board positions
- Only 25% hold executive or senior level positions
- Only 36% hold first or mid-level management positions.
- In 2016, the gender pay gap decreased by 0.9% but
- Women earned $0.85 cents for each $1.00 earned by men.
- Average salary for a women was $41,554 a year vs $51,640 a year for a men.
